Since 1969, Kootenia Homes has been building dream homes for clients in the east metro area. Specializing in true custom construction, both designing and building your home, as well as full-service remodeling, the firm has developed a full portfolio of luxury homes across the Twin Cities. Owner David Frosch began with Kootenia as a drafter in the 1980’s, giving him the skills and vision necessary to execute the demands of full custom design and build. By the 1990’s he took over the company and later welcomed a second generation of the Frosch family to the team. With his son Steven Frosch serving as Vice President of Construction Management, this family works together on both ends of this design and build firm to create new builds for happy homeowners. 
               The company’s expert staff boasts decades of construction and design experience, making up a complete and well-rounded team of professionals. At Kootenia they pride themselves on working directly with each client to design their dream home. “We don’t say no!” David says, “New things make our jobs more interesting.” With each build their team develops the plans from start to finish and personalizes each design to fit individual client’s needs, tastes, and lifestyles.
