Owner, Michael Kotecki, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, personally oversees all aspects related to the preparation of all meals served to ensure everything in the kitchen is cooked to perfection. Kate Kotecki, the Director of Events, personally oversees all matters leading up to events, meeting with all clients before and during events to ensure that all clients and their guests are given the best service possible.
