KourCo Environmental Services, Inc. (KES) is a certified Woman-Owned environmental consulting and service firm. KES specializes in all aspects of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Phase II ESAs, risk-based site investigations and corrective action design and implementation for the remediation of impacted soil and groundwater. KES also provides a variety of other related services, including all aspects of Underground Storage Tank (UST) closures, permitting of stormwater and/or wastewater discharges to surface water as well as the characterization and disposal of solid and hazardous waste in accordance with all state and federal regulations. 
    In addition, KES specializes in Section 10/404 permitting with each of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (COE) Districts in Louisiana and the Coastal Use Permit Program of the Louisiana Department of Natural Resource’s (LDNR’s) Office of Coastal Management.  KES provides permitting for projects on Wildlife Management Areas and Scenic Rivers, which is under the auspices of the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) as well as Water Quality Certification permitting with the LDEQ.  Additionally, KES can aid in any clarification of the permitted action, address unforeseen changes in project plans, ensure compliance of permit conditions, review monitoring data, and document actions within sensitive habitat areas.  
    KES has the resources of geologists, engineers, chemists, biologists, and other supportive personnel needed to design and perform environmental projects in an efficient and cost effective manner.
