Krave Colorado Catering was launched with a simple premise: to deliver exceptional food and service with the personal attention to detail only a small company can provide. Its three partners have over 30 years of combined experience in off-premises catering, with additional experience in hotels, restaurants and country clubs. Those years allowed Alan Callison, Nicole Cook and Ben Smith time to reflect on what it takes to make a catering company extraordinary, and when the opportunity presented itself for the three to go out on their own they jumped at the chance. With a commitment to quality and not quantity, Krave takes only a limited number of events on any given day. This allows Ben, Nicole or Alan to be on-site at every event, ensuring that expectations are not just met, but exceeded.
