Social Media and Enterprise Collaboration Kreatek was started with a simple premise. We wanted to use technology to solve business problems. Whether the problem was inefficient business processes, marginal productivity, or even systems integration, we knew that technology solutions would be less expensive than hiring more people. So we began creating custom applications for specific clients. Over the years, we noticed a recurring problem that companies didn’t want to address or didn’t know how to address. Employees wanted more communication, to be included, to feel closer to others. This was especially true in those companies that had multiple locations. As we watched, the problem became worse. The explosion of social media and the ability to connect and share in people’s personal lives showed us, yet again, technology could solve a business problem. We developed a simple software tool - we call it RondeVoox - that allows employees in a company to communicate, collaborate, and share knowledge, ideas, and documents, regardless of position, location, title or pay. Now everyone can contribute in making the company better, more productive and ultimately more profitable. Simple, effective and easy equals more productivity, better employees, and more profits.
