Krieger + Associates Architects Inc is an award-winning Philadelphia firm providing architectural, planning, and interior design services to residential, institutional, and commercial clients since 1992.  Our mission is to produce lasting building design solutions with creativity, clarity, and respect.

Creativity
Our design approach begins with an understanding of context.   We then design a unique response that is informed by landscape, views, climate, history, style, use, and culture.  While we may reference the historical context, our desire is still to offer something original, embracing new technologies and sustainable building practices.

Clarity
Accuracy, teamwork, and transparent communication are the foundations of our practice.  We place primary importance on precise design documents, facilitating realistic construction budgeting.  We value clear communication with clients; providing education about the design and construction process is a vital part of our work.

As we design buildings, we build relationships that matter to us.  Each individual’s perspective has inherent worth.  We approach clients, contractors, employees—our community—with respect, openness, and fair dealings.
