Krungsri is a banking group headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand, at 1222 Rama Iii Road Yannawa, and it employs between 1,001 and 5,000 people. Its history dates to 1945 when Krungsri Group opened, and it listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in 1977; in 2013 it became a subsidiary of Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ (BTMU), the wholly owned subsidiary of MUFG. In March 2017, Krungsri established Krungsri Finnovate as a venture capital subsidiary under Thai regulatory guidelines. In May 2026, CIMB Group sold CIMB Thai Bank's automotive financing portfolio to Krungsri.
