KTR (SC KazTurboRemont LLP) provides multi-discipline construction, commissioning, maintenance and welding services for oil&gas and energy industries. Being commited to clients in every decision we make, we believe that People and Technilogies are the key to our Operational excellence.

KTR has Double Joint Welding Facility in Aktau which equipped with line conveyor, welding stations (GTAW, SMAW, Autometed A-FCAW, A-GMAW, A-GTAW), non destructiove testing AUT (TOFD+PA) station, blasting and DFBE coating stations. 

KTR Atyrau center has workshops such as:
Pumps and Seals repair workshop - authorised by Flowserve
Electric Motors repair workshop - authorised by Siemens
GT components repair workshop - by KTR-Ethos JV Ethos (under construction).
Gas Turbines repair workshop Gasturbines
Welding workshop - ASME certified
Machinery workshop - wide fleet of CNC machines

KTR presence in Tengiz oilfield are more than 150 units of machinery, more than 500 personnel mobilised, base with workshop, warehouse and offices as well as camp for 500 persons.

To provide EPC services, JV Tecnimont-KTR LLP has been created. It is a permanent and strategic Partnership between Tecnimont S.p.A. and KTR LLP. The purpose of the JV is to serve the oil&gas and energy industries in Kazakhstan EPC Projects  as synergy between KTR's Construction excellence and Tecnimont's EPC experience will make sure project compliance with high HSE, Quality and Cost standards.

Whereas another KTR joint venture with EthosEnergy, already has significant presence in Kazakh market such as in Kashagan oilfield all gas turbines and compressors getting services by KTR-Ethos JV since 2013 under LTSA being recognised by client for valuable HSE contributions, high quality of work and timely delivery of scope.
