Located in historic, downtown Fredericksburg VA, we make hand-crafted food, killer cocktails, serve small-producer wines and craft beer in a cool, old building with a modern vibe. kybecca began in 2005 as a wine shop specializing in small producers and under the radar finds. Our store was an instant hit with over 400 people visiting us on the first day. We brought a small, boutique perspective to downtown and the community responded with enthusiasm. In 2008 we had the opportunity to acquire the space next door and expand into on an on-premise facility. Our Enomatic wine system delighted visitors to the restaurant and helped establish kybecca and WIlliam Street as a dining destination. We remain the first and only restaurant the Fredericksburg region featured by the Washington Post. Today we are a full service restaurant and bar with a well curated wine list. Our food is contemporary American with a global twist. We specialize in handmade, craft cocktails with a diverse selection of spirits.
