At the Laboratory to Combat Human Trafficking (LCHT), we believe ending human trafficking in Colorado is possible. Founded in 2005 to address gaps in coordinated response, survivor support, and public awareness, we’ve grown from a grassroots effort into a statewide leader transforming systems and strengthening community action. Each year, we serve more than 9,000 people through four core programs: Training & Education, Research & Action, Colorado’s 24/7 Human Trafficking Hotline and Resource Directory, and the Leadership Development Program. Since our founding, we have: • Trained 80,000+ professionals to recognize and respond to trafficking. • Managed a 24/7 hotline receiving nearly 1,000 contacts annually. • Built a resource network of nearly 300 trained service providers. • Supported 200+ emerging human rights leaders. • Produced four major statewide research projects shaping policy and action.
