LaChaine & Associates, Inc. provides civil, geotechnical, and structural engineering services to both public and private industries. 

We offer services for a wide variety of types of projects, from selected residential developments, hospitals and schools, commercial and industrial site, petroleum facilities, remediation projects, earth retaining structures, waterfront development, geotechnical and structural monitoring, bridges, public works infrastructure, energy projects and transportation projects. Additionally, we provide soils and materials testing services as well as inspection (or special inspection) for grading and earthwork (compaction), and concrete work.  We have registered professionals with over 80 years of combined experience.

We strive to provide our clients with with responsive project solutions that meet their objectives and economic goals. We offer our professional engineering services with consultation and deliverables for each phase of a project from planning, surveying, mapping, design, on  through construction.  Additionally, during the planning and pre-design phases we offer to provide value engineering for project economics.
