LACNY LOGISTICS was founded over 37 years ago. At its inception, LACNY operated as a Shippers Agent. LACNY was named for the major cities in which it directed business; Los Angeles, Chicago and New York. 

Deregulation, with the advent of the Staggers Act and later the passage of the Motor Carrier Act, allowed LACNY to take on a new focus. In spite of the invasion of the trucking world by thousands of companies, LACNY committed itself to learn and understand what customers needed. It was much more than simply moving cargo from point A to point B. 

We are a relatively small company with a great heritage. Our operation has found ways to meet shipping challenges by maintaining high expectations for our personnel. We specialize in accommodating our customers’ needs. In addition, we have now added our own in-house trucking company. 

With the opening of LACNY Express Freight Transportation Inc. i.e. “LEFTI”, we are better suited to handle your Southern California trucking needs. Our equipment includes tractors to handle your container/trailer load shipments as well as bobtails/straight trucks that can handle your LTL freight.
