LADAPT, association loi 1901 reconnue d'utilité publique, œuvre depuis presque 100 ans pour l’insertion sociale et professionnelle des personnes handicapées. L'association est présente dans toute la France avec des structures et des services d’accompagnement, de formation, d’insertion, de scolarisation ou encore de soin. Plus de 23 000 personnes sont accompagnées chaque année. LADAPT propose aussi des actions de sensibilisation, de formation et de conseil qui participent au changement de regard sur le handicap.

LADAPT organise depuis 1997 la Semaine pour l’emploi des personnes handicapées (devenue Semaine européenne en 2015). Cet évènement mobilise, chaque année, un réseau de partenaires engagés composés d’associations, d’entreprises et d’acteurs publiques implantés dans toute la France et dans différents pays européens.
