Lakewood Catholic Academy is a Catholic educational institution in Lakewood, Ohio, delivering a program for students from early childhood through grade 8. It operates a combined K-8 program alongside an early childhood offering, serving a few hundred students in the local community. The school was established in August 2005 through the consolidation of three parish schools—Saint Clement, Saint James, and Saint Luke—with the addition of Transfiguration parish’s affiliated elementary school in 2010. The campus occupies a 9-acre site with historical ties to the Sisters of Charity of Saint Augustine, dating back to 1891, and became the home for LCA after Saint Augustine Academy closed. In addition to academics, the school participates in charitable activities, including a 2025 effort to provide backpacks and school supplies to families at a school in El Salvador, funded by proceeds from fundraising events. Lakewood Catholic Academy positions itself within the Catholic primary and middle school education landscape serving families in the Lakewood area.
