Lampost Wellness Centers was launched with the guiding principle that true healing takes place in the therapeutic relationship. Our goal is to aid clients in exploring, in a safe and non-judgmental environment, the issues that have led to addictions, grief, anxiety, depression, or troubled relationships. Our team of licensed psychotherapists work with clients and with nutritionists, physicians, psychiatrists, acupuncturists, massage therapists and others to bring the most appropriate care to the adults and adolescents who come to us for care. 

We employ individual, couple, family and group therapy at our locations in Bethesda, MD. We offer evening and weekend hours, as well as a safe space that lights a path to the healing process.
