LAMUS Consulting LLC was established in 2005 with four service areas: 1) Organizational consulting, 2) Training and human development services, 3) Executive, personal, and family coaching, 4) Ministerial services. Each service area carries its own foci for strategic development. LAMUS Consulting works primarily with human service organizations and corporations particularly targeted to senior caregivers, community organizations, community development groups, and behavior health services. In these areas LAMUS focuses on the interrelationship between institutional mission and core competencies. If these elements are “out of sync” the corporation’s effectiveness falters, risk becomes out of the question, and creativity dies. In the long run the capacity to execute crucial decisions evaporates. Coordinating competency and mission has implications for every dimension of organizational process. Working with the client’s senior management, LAMUS Consulting analyzes communication flow, identifies key decision making elements, and implements program execution at every level of the organization. Returning always to the client’s mission, LAMUS Consulting moves the organization to coherent structure and effective strategy.
