Lan Vwa is a non-profit organization that expands access to education through technology in rural communities. Its main project, in Joconal, Guatemala, provides online secondary education (7th–11th grade) to students who previously had no local options beyond 6th grade and long commutes.

Based in Swannanoa, North Carolina, Lan Vwa operates as an e-learning provider with a model designed to leave schools self-sustaining and locally owned. By connecting students with qualified teachers through online classrooms, it expands access to secondary education in communities that previously lacked it. A milestone is the first graduating class from the Guatemalan program, achieved in October 2016.
