LandFund Partners is a farmland investment manager focused on row crop farmland in the Mid-South region of the United States. Based in Nashville, TN, the firm was founded in 2013 and manages roughly $400 million of assets comprised of over 45,000 acres and over 50 farm properties. LandFund has a track record delivering mid-teen net annualized returns to its investors, and is currently accepting new clients into its open-end Soil Enrichment Fund (SEF). SEF owns, and is making new acquisitions to, a 93% irrigated portfolio of land in Arkansas, Mississippi, and Louisiana. The land is leased to top-tier farmers, generally in return for cash rents. The farmers are overseen by LFP’s internal farm management team, who support the use of regenerative farming practices and completion of value-add improvements to the farms in order to increase their value. Investors in the Fund receive annual distributions in addition to participating in the appreciation of the farmland portfolio over time.
