Members can use our fixed fee advice services but the main benefit of the site is that it help landlords to do things themselves and save fee.  So for example, landlords looking to evict tenants can use my unique do it yourself Eviction Kit - available free of charge to +Plus members of Landlord Law.

There are also guides on dealing with tenants who are not paying rent, on getting rid of under performing or just plain negligent agents, what to do if you have forgotten to protect your tenants deposit, and our very popular tenancy agreements service (we have over 25 different templates).
