Landmark Builders, incorporated in California as Landmark Endeavors, Inc., is a well established residential general contractor in the Sacramento, California area.  We were founded in Granite Bay, California by our President, John P. Caulfield, Jr., in 1997, after working with his father for four years building homes in Truckee, California.
 
Since our inception, Landmark Builders has been a reputable, community based company that specializes in the construction of custom homes and renovations.  Though we operate in the greater Sacramento area, our geographic scope tends to primarily be within the communities outlining the Western crescent of Folsom Lake:  Auburn, Lincoln, Rocklin, Roseville, Loomis, Granite Bay, Folsom and El Dorado Hills.
 
We pride ourselves on being able to tackle the most creative and/or challenging architectural and structural projects through a professional, client driven, and detailed business approach. Our extensive experience and systematic pricing method helps clients turn complex design, selection and budget decisions into clear, realistic and attainable show case homes and renovations.
