currently teaching/consulting for World Health Organization and Int'l Office of Migration of the UN.  I provide training for professionals and families related to issues of child trauma, PTSD, and specifically about breaks in attachment.  Most of the families with whom I work as a consultant or to whom I provide training are adoptive, foster, or blended families in which there have been significant changes in caregivers and often traumatic estrangements or loss of primary caregiver.  most of the professional for whom I provide consultation or training are mental health professionals or adoption/foster care agencies and are eager to learn the most up-to-date treatment modalities that actually work to help reduce behaviors related to trauma and increase a child's receptivity to love and appropriate parenting.
