We have the capability of self-performing a great deal of the work compared to our competitors, including reinforced concrete framing, structural steel erection, doors, frames and hardware, all types of finish carpentry, acoustical ceilings, light grading, metal stud framing and concrete work. This allows us more control of the project which translates into reduced cost to the owner and a quicker schedule.
