Latino Connection, a Color & Culture catalyst, is a trailblazer in addressing Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) in Pennsylvania, dedicated to empowering and uplifting underserved populations. Our mission is to tackle the underlying social factors that impact health outcomes, such as access to healthcare, education, economic stability and safe living environments.
