Established in 2003 by Ambassador Ronald Lauder, Lauder Business School (LBS) is an international, business-focused University of Applied Sciences located in Vienna, Austria. 
From the outset, LBS blended American and European educational methods to provide a comprehensive and well-rounded business education. Our programs are designed to provide students with practical and contemporary business education, equipping them with modern tools and know-how to invoke innovation, drive changes, and excel in any challenging business environment.   

LBS is fully accredited in the European Union by the relevant Austrian national authorities (AQ Austria) and in the United States by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). 

Nationally, LBS ranked 2nd in Vienna and 4th in Austria in 2022 and 2023 by the independent INDUSTRIEMAGAZIN for academic excellence and the high employment rate of our students. Additionally, the independent Peregrine tests place LBS programs in the top 10% globally among ACBSP-accredited universities.  Students participate in research, observation, and experimentation, stimulating creative solutions to real challenges.
