Launch Leadership is a volunteer-based organization in the education administration programs sector that focuses on youth leadership development. Based in Lincoln, Midwest, it runs three Summer Leadership Workshops concurrently, twice per summer, for high school and middle school students. Outside of the summer sessions, the organization offers One-Day Workshops, Leadership Retreats, Convention Services and other consulting services throughout the year.

The organization was formally established in 2013, evolving from the NASC Volunteer Staff that began organizing leadership programming in 1977. NASC has sponsored the Summer Leadership Workshop for more than 50 years, reflecting a long-running commitment to youth leadership.
