LAUNCH is a Chattanooga-based nonprofit focused on fostering entrepreneurship among underserved populations by providing education and small-business development opportunities. Founded in 2010 by local business leaders who sought to mobilize community resources to combat recession-related poverty, the organization aims to empower residents in high-unemployment areas to create and sustain new ventures.

Its programs deliver entrepreneurship education and youth and adult outreach within the Chattanooga urban core. Since starting a first education program in 2011, LAUNCH has expanded its reach to additional city neighborhoods and partnered with schools to offer entrepreneurship initiatives in Alton Park, Hill City, East Chattanooga, and Brainerd.
