At LIBR, we boast state-of-the-art facilities, equipped with cutting-edge tools such as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), electroencephalography (EEG) systems, and focused ultrasound. Our research-dedicated scanners and 128-channel EEG systems empower our scientists to delve deep into the complexities of the human brain. 

We aim to identify, characterize, and develop targetable disease-modifying processes in mental health, paving the way for transdiagnostic interventions with real-world applicability. Our core service infrastructure accelerates discoveries, fostering collaboration among our multidisciplinary team of researchers hailing from diverse fields including physics, psychology, psychiatry, neuroscience, computer science, and genetics.

Located on a shared campus with Laureate Psychiatric Clinic and Hospital (LPCH), a part of the Saint Francis Health System (SFHS), our institute enjoys an affiliation aimed at fostering research collaborations.
