I have committed my professional career to the real estate industry since 1984.  Before and during law school, I worked as a real estate salesperson and mortgage banker.  After law school, I began practicing real estate litigation, then evolved into a mostly-transactional practice buying, entitling, developing and selling commercial real property and businesses, as an attorney, real estate broker and principal throughout California.  I have the highest rating, AV, with Martindale-Hubbell (www.martindale.com).  I strive to creatively add value to my clients and business associates to make them better off for having been associated with me.  I look beyond the problem to find the opportunity which is waiting to be discovered.  I enjoy what I do which provides the energy to put in the hard work required to transform the problem to a realized opportunity.
