We assist with title defects, severing ownership of real property, and enforcing or nullifying real estate contracts.  We also provide services to those who find themselves fighting about contract obligations.

Our creditor services include basic collection work (dunning letters, obtaining judgment, and finally obtaining payment) in addition to consultation when a customer has filed for bankruptcy.
