The focus of my law practice is criminal defense. I provide clients with strong, forceful and unrelenting advocacy in the courts of Delaware County, Pennsylvania. I take my obligation to defend each client very seriously, and I do not urge clients to plead guilty unless absolutely necessary.

Delaware County is a unique jurisdiction for the practice of criminal law. The District Attorney rarely offers acceptable plea-bargains to defendants. As a result, I take cases to trial more often, file motions to suppress more often, and take cases to the Superior Court of Pennsylvania when necessary.

The law is a service profession. Because I strive to provide the best possible service for my clients at all times, I make myself available to clients after hours. I give clients my cell phone number and let them know that I am there for them, any time they need me. My clients appreciate being able to reach me whenever they have a question about their legal needs.
