We assist clients in obtaining employment visas for executives and managers, entertainers, researchers and other specialized technical employees; obtaining permanent residence status for foreign nationals; mergers and acquisitions and the resulting immigration impact; and providing expert guidance with regard to LCA compliance H-1B audit, related anti-discrimination and recent AC21 ACWIA anti-competitiveness provisions.  We work alongside Human Resources and Corporate Counsels as they deal with the major responsibility of complying with USCIS regulations under the new Department of Homeland Security.  In addition to traditional “in-bound” business immigration services, we coordinate with foreign lawyers to arrange for work permits for U.S. actors, filmmakers, directors, artists and other high-end professionals who are stationed outside the United States.
