Nat N. Polito is an effective litigator and negotiator at both the trial and appellate levels. He focuses his practice on civil litigation, contract drafting and interpretation, transactions, business consulting, real property, and landlord/tenant issues.

Before forming the Law Offices of Nat N. Polito, PC, in May of 2006, Mr. Polito was a Senior Litigator in the Washington D.C. law firm of Margolius, Mallios & Rider, L.L.P.  There, in addition to the previously described practice, he represented restaurants and other entities before state courts, the District of Columbia Alcohol Beverage Control Board and Advisory Neighborhood Commissions. He also represented former restaurant partners and employees in court, negotiated agreements, and prepared corporate documents and license applications.
