Lawndale Baptist Church is a local religious institution based in Greensboro, North Carolina. Its teachings are rooted in Christian Bible-based beliefs, including the idea that humanity’s relationship with God was broken by sin and restored through Jesus Christ’s life, death, and resurrection, with eternal life received by faith. Led by Senior Pastor Joe Giaritelli, the church aims to connect people with these beliefs and guide them in faith within a community setting.

Lawndale participates in outreach that extends beyond its Greensboro base. In late November 2024, the church partnered with First Baptist Church to provide a Thanksgiving feast for the Swannanoa community near Black Mountain, an effort described as supporting residents recovering from Helene. The church is part of the Religious Institutions sector and maintains a modest staff to support worship and community service.
