Lawrence Semiconductor is a privately owned, U.S.-based advanced semiconductor materials and specialty foundry company. We provide custom Group IV materials and CVD epitaxial manufacturing services supporting advanced semiconductor technologies from development through high-volume production.

Founded in 1992, Lawrence Semiconductor brings more than three decades of experience in epitaxial materials, process development, and production manufacturing. Our capabilities support engineered layer structures that are critical to device performance and manufacturability across a broad range of semiconductor technology platforms, including silicon photonics and optoelectronics, infrared sensing, MEMS-based inertial and sensing systems, advanced logic and analog devices, power electronics, and quantum technologies.
