Hello. We’re L&Co, a London-based design and branding studio. We work with a range of organisations to define who they are and create compelling communications to help them achieve their ambitions. 

Underlying all our work is the love of our craft and the belief that design should have a positive impact on the world.

Paul Barlow founded L&Co in 2003, after fourteen years with global design and branding agencies in the UK and US, where he created brand identities for some of the world’s largest organisations.

At L&Co we deliver the experience found in big agencies, in a more efficient and agile framework, building teams around clients and projects. Our skills cover most areas of communication design – from digital to printed media, strategy to 3D implementation. Our values shine through everything we do – from the high quality and originality of our work to our open and collaborative approach with our clients whether they’re local startups or global organisations.

As a keen supporter of sustainable causes and education, we are closely involved with The Creative Conscience Awards. We also run a mentoring and intern programme. We have talented friends too. Our team of designers is supported by a network of partners that include strategists, writers, photographers, illustrators and animators.
