Leadership Akron inspires, strengthens, and empowers leaders through a variety of programs that build leadership skills, community awareness, and connectivity. 

We unlock the potential of leaders and serve as the catalyst that drives them to create a greater Akron. 

Our Signature Program serves 40 of our region’s top leaders across sectors who are interested in broadening their community impact. Diversity on Board provides leadership development, education and board matching services to advance minority representation on nonprofit and public boards. Leadership Akron NEXT provides an opportunity for senior leaders to explore how they can bring their talents and resources to the community post-career.  Leadership Akron also offers company-customized Community Leadership Institutes and continued development for our alumni members.
