Summit Ropes is a Federal and Corporate Training Facility that offers Leadership and Team Development programs.  ​

Our ropes course and team building programs offer unique activities designed to promote learning through challenge-based fear.  Utilizing activities which induce anxiety and stress in a safe environment, participants acquire skills to push beyond self-imposed boundaries and learn to become comfortable with what is uncomfortable. ​

Our Mission is to leave individuals with a method for continued self-development and skills required to be a valued member of a high performing team.​

Team Building is essential to create and maintain high productivity and performance among groups. At Summit Ropes, our approach is non-traditional and tailored to fit most organizations without the weeks of preparation normally required for program customization. Activities take place on the ground and in the air on our ropes adventure course. Professional facilitators conduct exercises engaging teams and demanding collaboration among team members as they work to solver problems and complete tasks.
