Leadership Memphis is a nonprofit based in Memphis, Tennessee, focused on building and mobilizing local leadership for the benefit of the broader community. It identifies and develops community change agents, connects them with others who share a commitment to service, and provides information and opportunities to act. Founded in 1979, the organization has educated over 3,900 graduates and aims to advance civic engagement and inclusion for Memphians.

It offers Executive and FastTrack programs to develop leaders from both seasoned professionals and emerging talent. The organization runs four signature events annually to connect alumni, sponsors, and community partners, including the Leadership Awards Luncheon, Multicultural Breakfast, and Alumni Holiday Party. Its Volunteer Memphis initiative, an affiliate of HandsOn Network, builds volunteering capacity and connects people with opportunities across Memphis and Shelby County; a recent example is the MLK Health and Wellness Day in January 2025.
