Leadership Pioneer Valley works to identify, develop, and connect diverse leaders to strengthen the region. Our core program is a 10-month regional leadership development program the engages emerging and existing leaders from all sectors of the community - nonprofits, business, and government. This in-depth and experiential leadership development program gives participants a 360 degree view of the Pioneer Valley, advanced leadership skills, and deeper and more diverse connections. We are committed to recruiting a diverse class by employment sector, geography, race, gender and sexual orientation. 

We intend to to fulfill that mission by fostering collaboration among diverse leaders to solve challenges across the 69 communities and 3 counties of the Pioneer Valley.  Other programs include Leadership 2.0 series, alumni program, board matching, and diversity and inclusion work.
