Leadership Public Schools' mission is to prepare students to succeed in college and become leaders in their communities. A network of three urban charter high schools, LPS is dedicated to providing an exemplary education in underserved communities in the Bay Area and developing replicable practices that can address critical issues in the wider education field. LPS has developed a national reputation for accelerating the achievement of students entering high school below grade level and for creatively leveraging technology to empower teachers and students. We operate three small, urban charter high schools in Hayward, Oakland, and Richmond, CA.
