Leadership Triangle, founded in 1992 and based in Raleigh, North Carolina, is a professional training and coaching organization. It delivers regional leadership development programs, forums, classes, and annual seminars designed to train professionals who are actively engaged in their fields. The organization aims to build leadership capacity that helps communities respond to growth and regional challenges, including housing affordability, transit, school funding, sustainable agriculture, and issues of economic and social equity, while preserving local distinctiveness.

Its work brings together current and emerging leaders from Wake, Chatham, Durham and Orange counties across public, private and civic sectors. In 2023, Leadership Triangle partnered with HBCUvc to support emerging talent from local Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
