The Center was founded by Cheryl Jekiel, who draws on over 30 years of experience in Lean manufacturing, HR and Operations to help clients make significant improvements in reducing operating costs and leveraging a Lean culture to obtain new business. 

The Lean Leadership Center partners with companies to drive results by building the skills of their leaders, redesigning human resources practices and improving the culture of their organizations.
