Lean station is a Singapore based computer software and an R&D company which embraces a digital and lean transformation approach aimed at continually improving the capital delivery using Integrated Lean Project Delivery (ILPD) system. It owns and builds Lean PlanDo. 

Here at Lean Station, we aim to reinvent the construction business by guiding developers towards a leaner path by building an Integrated Lean Project Delivery system. With Lean PlanDo we can deliver capital projects efficiently focusing on collective planning, commitments, & continual learning to boost productivity and performance in projects. 

To achieve the latter, we focus on creating and constantly improve our digital tools that involve AI & BIM technologies. Our clients can solve challenges and improve their projects using these digital workflows.
