Learning Opportunities/Quality Works, Inc. (LOQW) is a leader in providing community skills training, employment services, comprehensive benefits planning, and service coordination in Northeast Missouri.  LOQW began providing progressive, high-quality, community based services in 1983 and has continued to set best practice standards in the field ever since.  LOQW currently employs over 100 personnel, nearly 50 vocational trainees, and serves approximately 600 customers a year.

With offices located in Hannibal, Monroe City, Shelbina, Moberly, Macon, and Kirksville; LOQW is well positioned to meet the needs of customers throughout Northeast Missouri.  LOQW serves individuals, families, job seekers and businesses in Marion, Monroe, Ralls, Pike, Shelby, Macon, Adair, Lewis, Clark, Knox, Scotland, Schuyler, Putnam, Sullivan, and Randolph Counties.
