LearningBridge generally works with consultants or HR/Talent Development teams to provide 360 survey services or conduct engagement surveys. We specialize in providing custom surveys and reports, based on our clients’ needs.

While we can support performance management efforts, we like to focus on providing services in which feedback can change lives in positive ways, by looking forward, not backward. In particular we like to help our clients’ conduct surveys that reinforces their leadership and cultural model.

Our platform can support surveys in multiple languages and for large populations. We provide survey services for some of the largest companies in the financial services, consulting, media, pharmaceutical and academic industries.
