We then compare findings to the numbers presented prior to its analysis and compile results in an easy-to-read Executive Summary with all necessary backup documentation. Limited reviews such as Argus Run or Variance report are provided when a deep analysis is preferred. We also can prepare Offering Memoranda, SNDA and Estoppel Certificates. LPRD also generates comprehensive, accurate and timely lease abstracts that deliver all critical lease information. All lease information is carefully read, reviewed and abstracted, with meticulous attention given to any unusual provisions, financial obligations and other issues of import. Once a thorough review is done, all relevant information is aggregated and a clear, concise summary is provided of the key financial, business and legal data contained in the leases customized to the client’s specific needs.
