Ledgewood, an AV rated law firm, was conceived as an association of experienced attorneys originally from larger firms, who choose to deliver a high quality work product in a setting which emphasizes personal service without the costs traditionally associated with the delivery of such legal services in a large firm setting.

We provide the leadership and judgment necessary to assist our clients to organize businesses in corporate, limited liability and partnership forms, to handle all types of transactions and to pursue debt and equity financings, as well as assisting clients with acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings and related tax issues.  We provide on a regular basis counsel to publicly-traded companies on SEC related issues and assist large and small companies who seek access to the capital markets.
