Lee Odell Real Estate, Inc. is a commercial real estate brokerage specializing in the sale of investment properties. The business was founded by Lee Odell in 1982. Since its inception, our office has concentrated primarily on selling properties located in New York City and its environs. We have also consummated transactions along the Eastern Seaboard, from New Hampshire to Florida. 

Our office is a small boutique firm whose experience is ideally suited to the marketing of income producing property. Many of our associates have been with the firm over 25 years and others have had long-term experience in the real estate business.

The diversity of our business allows us to accurately evaluate the real estate market, enabling us to service our customers in many different ways. We have a well established presence in the real estate industry. Our brokers are in touch with an extensive network of proven real estate investors - private, institutional and public. Equally important, our brokers actively identify and cultivate relationships with potential investors who have not previously invested in real estate.
