The 117-square-mile Lee’s Summit R-7 School District is recognized as one of the top educational systems in the state and nation. Located in the southeast portion of the Kansas City metropolitan area, the district serves nearly 18,000 students from pre-K to 12th grade in the Lees Summit and surrounding areas.
