The company has established alliances with several private equity investment groups and vacation home management companies, by building new custom homes on presold and speculative basis, and creating healthy and low risk returns to the investors portfolios. 

Legacy Construction is best known for its custom built homes in some of Central Florida’s most prestigious communities such as Reunion Resort, Lake Nona Country Club, Windermere and City of Winter Park. In Reunion Resort and Lake Nona Country Club, Legacy is approved as one of only a select few preferred builder's which the communities grant exclusive building privileges to build custom homes.  The company's construction projects have been featured and showcased on HGTV "House Hunter’s", FOX, ABC, Travel Channel’s "Hotel Impossible” and Parade of Homes.
